Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of services provided by Valiantys Federal and applies without limitation to any access or use of (i) the platforms or technology on or via which our business operates or delivers our services (Platform) and/or (ii) our website at https://www.Valiantys Federal.com or the websites of our affiliates. (Websites). Unless otherwise indicated, capitalised terms not defined in this document shall bear the definitions set out in our Terms of Services which accompany or reference this AUP ( Terms).
This policy supersedes previous AUPs accepted under the terms of contract with Blended Perspectives and Contegix, LLC and are incorporated by references in extant Terms of Service.
By using or applying for our Services or the use of any part of the Platform and/or the Website, you agree to abide by the terms of this AUP.
Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the responsible and lawful use of Valiantys Federal Group services and to protect the integrity, security, and availability of our infrastructure. This Policy is designed to prevent misuse that could harm our clients, systems, or reputation.
Scope
This Policy applies to all users who access or use:
- Cloud hosting and managed services
- Atlassian application hosting and license resell
- Consulting, professional, and support services
- Any systems or infrastructure connected to Valiantys Federal networks
General Provisions
Valiantys Federal may impose upon its customers and platform users reasonable rules and regulations regarding the use of their services from time to time, this list of rules is called Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Valiantys Federal’ AUP is available for viewing on our website at https://www.Valiantys Federal.com/acceptableusepolicy.
Valiantys Federal reserves the right to modify and change its AUP at any time, while comprehensive, Valiantys Federal’ written AUP is not exhaustive. By accepting these policies and Acceptable Use Policies and/or other written agreements, you/Customer agree to abide by the AUP’s as modified from time to time. Violations of these agreements may result in removal from Valiantys Federal platforms and services. Removal may be either by suspension or termination. Valiantys Federal reserves the right to determine what activities are appropriate activities on its platforms.
You/Customer shall remain solely responsible for your use of Valiantys Federal services and will also be liable for any damages that would be incurred by misuse use of the services and platform. You are also responsible for all content which is displayed, downloaded, uploaded or transmitted, through your account and systems. Content includes home pages, web pages, domain names, e-mail, and stored data introduced to the platform by customer users.
Valiantys Federal reserves the right to refuse service or access to anyone at any time for any reason.
Prohibited Uses—Overview
Users may not use our services to engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
- In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
- For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm anyone, including minors, or in any manner which will, or is likely to, infringe the personal rights of others;
- In any manner that will, or is likely to, infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others;
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
- In connection with any defamatory, indecent, obscene, offensive, threatening or abusive conduct or activity;
- To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains malware, Trojan horses, ransomware, worms, time-bombs, bots, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware; or
- In any way that is inconsistent with our Terms.
Specific Prohibitions
Without prejudice to the generality of the principles set out above, unacceptable use includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Use which causes damage, detriment or disruption to our business, including our services, Platform, Website and/or the business or activities of our clients, or which may generate or create any liability for us or our clients.
- Use of any methods or techniques for extracting data without our consent (e.g. data scraping or data mining).
- Deceptive practices or ways of working.
- Actions that restrict or inhibit anyone in their use or enjoyment of our services, the Platform or the Website.
- Causing or attempting to cause security breaches or disruptions of Internet communications (e.g. accessing data of which you are not an intended recipient, or logging into a server or account that you are not expressly authorized to access).
- Executing any form of network monitoring that will intercept data not intended for you.
- Circumventing user authentication or security of any host, network or account.
- Interfering with or denying service to any user (e.g., denial of service attack).
- Furnishing false or incorrect data of any kind.
- Sending junk mail or other advertising material to individuals who did not specifically request such material.
- Exporting or re-exporting data or content in violation of export or import laws or without all required approvals, licenses and exemptions.
Use of Unsupported or End-of-Life Software
- Running software or systems that have reached End-of-Life (EOL) and are no longer supported by the vendor, unless expressly approved in writing by Valiantys Federal.
- Continued use of EOL software poses security and operational risks and may result in restricted support or service termination.
- Any breach or system compromise resulting from the continued operation of EOL software is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for the actions taken via their accounts and systems.
- Customers must ensure their users and affiliated parties comply with this Policy.
- It is the customer's responsibility to secure data, systems, and credentials.
- Misuse or negligence that impacts other users or our systems is the customer’s responsibility.
Enforcement
Valiantys Federal reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this AUP. When a breach of this AUP has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. and take actions which may include:
- Suspension or termination of accounts or services
- Removal of non-compliant data or content
- Issuance of warnings or formal breach notices
- Charging remediation fees (e.g. $350/hour for incident response)
- Involvement of law enforcement or regulatory agencies
- Legal proceedings to recover damages or enforce compliance
No refunds or service credits will be issued for interruptions resulting from violations of this Policy.
Data Privacy and Disclosure
Valiantys Federal complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR. However, we reserve the right to:
- Access, preserve, or disclose information as required by law
- Act upon any data or behavior that violates this Policy
- Require customers to secure sensitive or confidential data independently

Policy Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will take effect 30 days after notice is provided. Continued use of services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
Jurisdiction
- Services provided by Valiantys Federal are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, with venue in St. Louis County.
- Other services are governed by the terms in your specific agreement.
